CANDLE LIGHTING AT THE CHABAD HOUSE DURING THE SUMMER: (skip to Candle lighting during the winter)
During the summer months we bring in Shabbos early. The earliest time to light is at Plag Hamincha (*see times below) - one cannot light before this time.
If you wish to light candles at the Chabad House, it can only be done before we begin Kabbolas Shabbos (Friday evening prayer). After this time, it is Shabbos in the Chabad House and forbidden by Jewish law to light candles.

Contact the office to check if it will be possible to light before 5:00 PM while the office is still open.
During the winter months, f rom October 10, 2025 and on, it is no longer possible to light at the Chabad House.
